Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
To help us process orders efficiently:

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, are typically processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Free shipping is available only within the continental United States. It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or U.S. territories, where shipping service is currently unavailable.

NayaFlora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it is shipped; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once the package has entered the fulfillment process.
