At NayaFlora, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your order does not meet your expectations, we're here to help. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Show no visible signs of wear, damage, or use.

  • Be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for the following situations:

1. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery.

After verification, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label if a return is required. Return shipping costs for verified product quality issues are covered by NayaFlora.

2. Buyer's Remorse or Non-Defective Items

If you change your mind after receiving your order or no longer need the item, you may still request a return within 30 calendar days.

The item must be returned in unused, resalable condition with its original packaging.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

No Return Processing Fees

NayaFlora does not charge:

  • Return processing fees

  • Restocking fees

  • Return handling fees

You only pay return shipping when returning a non-defective product.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To protect product quality and ensure customer safety, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Artificial flowers or decorative arrangements that have been used, displayed, or installed.

  • Products missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications after delivery.

  • Products returned after the 30-calendar-day return period.

  • Items that become damaged during return shipment because they were not packaged appropriately.

Holiday Return Extension

During the Christmas shopping season, we may extend the return period for eligible orders placed during designated holiday dates.

If a holiday extension is available, the updated return deadline will be announced on our website before the applicable holiday period.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Email our customer support team at service@nayaflora.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Step 2

Our support team will review your request and respond with return instructions within a reasonable time.

If your return is approved because of a product quality issue, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For non-defective returns, customers will receive return instructions and are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Step 3

Carefully package the item and send it to the authorized return address below.

Please do not return products without receiving return authorization, as this may delay or prevent your refund.

Returns sent to any other address, including our factory address, cannot be processed.

Return Processing Time

After your returned package is delivered to our return facility, please allow 5–7 calendar days for inspection and return processing.

If additional information is needed, our customer service team will contact you by email.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a verified product quality issue.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we can arrange a replacement when inventory is available.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose to receive a full refund instead.

Important Return Notes

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout, any additional shipping costs resulting from reshipment or return may be the customer's responsibility.

To avoid delays, please contact us immediately if you notice an address error before your order ships.
