Are the flowers made from real plants?
No. All NayaFlora products are made from artificial materials designed to resemble the appearance of natural flowers and greenery. They do not require watering, sunlight, or regular plant care.
Will the artificial flowers look exactly like the product photos?
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color may occur due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, or photography. Minor variations in shape may also be present after shipping and can usually be adjusted by gently arranging the stems or petals.
Do the flowers need to be assembled after delivery?
Some floral arrangements or flower vines may arrive slightly compressed during transportation to help protect them during shipping. Simply reshape the stems, leaves, or petals by hand to restore their intended appearance. This process usually takes only a few minutes.
Can these artificial flowers be used outdoors?
Some products can be used in covered outdoor spaces such as porches, balconies, or patios. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heavy rain, strong winds, or other harsh weather conditions may affect their appearance over time. For longer-lasting use, we recommend displaying them indoors or in sheltered outdoor areas.
How do I clean artificial flowers?
Cleaning is simple. Dust can usually be removed with a soft microfiber cloth, a feather duster, or a gentle stream of cool air from a hair dryer. For heavier dust buildup, lightly wipe the surface with a damp cloth and allow the flowers to air dry completely before displaying them again.
Do the flowers have a noticeable odor?
Most products have little or no noticeable odor. Occasionally, newly unpacked items may have a slight scent from packaging materials. If this occurs, simply place the flowers in a well-ventilated area for a short period before use.
Can I bend or trim the stems?
Many of our artificial flower stems contain flexible wire, allowing you to bend or shape them to better fit your vase or decorative arrangement. Some stems may also be carefully trimmed using appropriate cutting tools if a shorter length is needed.
